Quite a dilemma you've handed me, Bobby. I voted for #1 because it's a more attractive style....unfortunately, they're a little too big for the fenderwells(Fujimi kit, right?) #2 fits the car better size-wise, but I've never been too big a fan of the three-spoke style. Maybe lower-profile tires can be sourced for the #1?

I'm sure you can make it work, and make it look good too. This might help: I reckon a little material could be shaved off the fender flare inner edges, allowing a smidge more room(probably 2" in scale, knowing the Fujimi kit); call it a minor bit of radius work. I did the same thing to fit 17" Fujimi wheels on my 'glue bomb rescue' Arii Mk1 GTI:

#1 hands down. I have never been a fan of 3 blade wheels,the style is much more suited to the body anyway. Doug
