Looking good Oldskoolrodder ! Glad to see you FINALLY posted it over here. I'll be watching(with my one good eye) Cecil What do ya mean "finally"? I just started this one 2 days ago! Ohhhh...you mean that cursed piece of plastic from the seventh level of haites (aka-that AMT '32 5 window)...LOL!!! It's,stalled so's I could get these Revell kits to lower their weapons at night (they been keeping me up at gun point ordering me to build em ;D),but when I get back on it,I'll let you know

Decided on the 421 SD from the Catalina,so I got it's basic assembly done, and modded/drilled out the exhaust port areas for some scratchbuilt headers (my first attemp). Here's the engine and what the headers will come from... And I didn't like the way the gas tank hangs out the rear of these kits,so I lopped it off with a lil frame (it'd have to come off if I were to channel it anyways). Plus,I still didn't like the look of the front blocks/notch I'd made,so I took it all apart again (this is the 3rd or 4th time),and made better looking blocks from the lil bit of rear frame I took off... So,what's left of my weekend's benchtime will be spent fiddling with these bits. More to come...
