Here's some pictures from my MPC CBP build posted hgh enough where you might see it! Please check out the CBP thread down below, for more groovy stuff!
An old MPC Southern Stocker kit, that I had shopped the top a few years ago, but thought it looked like a Volvo! :? So it fiddled with it, ended up cutting the to into quarters and stretched back out with sheet styrene, then built the rest mostly out of the box. the kit makes a pretty cool early manufacturers short track chassis with the leaf spring rear, four shocks per corner, and other cool detailing parts. Rear end pump, and stiffener, headers, big block, etc. The decals are some never seen early efforts by me, bled out some, too, but I worked with it, tires are AMT NASCAR and wheels are Freds!
