Hope to see all ya'll here this weekend. I am trying to get more cars & trucks at the show... almost all the people in my club are military builders. Would like to show them REAL builds.

Sadly this year I was roped into being a judge since I am pretty much the only automotive modeler in our club. This means I can't compete (don't feel comfortable) and I will be the one that mad people complain to. Oh, well. if you are there competing, be kind!

Show went very well... had a lot of help judging by nice folks that had done it before. Many great models but sadly, running around like crazy meant I did not get photos of all the cars/trucks (and many of what I did take were blurry... low light).

Really cool that a car took it as the show had some reeeeealy nice airplanes and tanks.

The big surprise was my haul for the day (all for my son's birthday so don't tell him!). Bronco was $5, Land Rover $10, Gone Fishing was $15 and Land Cruiser was $20. I think only Bobby can come home with a better haul.
