Hello all.....just posting an introductory post as requested by the rules. Name is Terry Sumner. Been modeling for a heckuva long time. How long? Well I'm 58 now and started around age 8 or so..ugh! I build airplanes and cars. For the cars I build street rods, customs and drag cars. I thought I was a member of ALL the model forums out there until I accidentally came across this one on a google search for something. Don't know how I missed ever seeing this one. I've been around the internet modeling scene since way back in the old newsgroup rec.models.scale days where I used to be the keeper of the FAQ for that group. Presently I'm a moderator on ARC, which is the Aircraft Resource Center forum. ARC is the world's largest modeling forum currently with 14,715 registered members! But ARC is just airplanes right now so I have to get my car modeling fix on all the other sites out there. I live in Connecticut and the last show I went to was NNL East. Once I get to see how this forum works I'll post some photos but in the meantime anyone can see some of my models on my Fotki site here... public.fotki.com/tsumner/
