Bought, and put this one together last summer. The Bates Mansion. Finally got some paint on it. Still not sure how I'll display it yet.

Gave it a gray base coat, then covered it with the wood crackle. When dried I top coated with light ivory. Between the boards I just used a lead pencil to highlight them a bit. Then proceeded with the trim. Now it's onto the roof, and the base foundation.
