62 Chevy Belair

Here is the 62 I built for the contest here at TMM.

A little about the build. Chassis is 2 NASCAR chassis pieced together with the back half of a Super Bee pro street chassis. Engine is out of the NASCAR kit. Used stock interior with Super Bee seats. Front wheels are stock 62 wheels and rears are from parts box dechromed and painted blue. Added the hubcaps to make them look like steelies. My 1st real BMF job on chrome. I wanted to do more but with the move and all I just ran out of time. Next contest build will be better. Hope you enjoy. All comments welcome.

Very sweet. I love 62 Belairs and Impalas!....The guy next door has a 62 Belair sitting in his back yard I talk to him about picking up from him next year...Hope it looks as good as your model when i am done!
