Hello everyone,
Let me introduce myself. My name is Mike Harmyk and I live in New Jersey. I am happily married for 22 years to a wonderful wife who allows me to enjoy my modeling hobby. I also have a lovely 17-year-old daughter. I work for UPS.
As for my modeling, I started when I was a kid in the 60’s. You know, build them old kits and then go blow them up in the yard (if I only knew what they be worth today!!). As a teen and young adult, I lost interested in the hobby. I started getting back into the hobby 15 years ago but I started building it seriously about 9 years ago. My main interest is 1/24th & 1/25th scale cars and trucks. I build models of vehicles from the 30’s to the 60’s. My favorite models I like to build are Hot Rods and Muscle cars. I am a member of several modeling online groups. I look forward too seeing everyone's work and hope too learn a few things.
