Swede- Studebaker 1951 FC

This is my new project and this will be a long time process untill it´s done .

the body is a aftermarket one , dont now what fabricate it is . I won it on SWE ebay .

I had to sand down some parts and at last i primed the body so now i will wait so it can dry in real good before painting.


the body in primer and some small parts painted in aluminium . I use the front windov from the MAD funny car it fits real good.

checking it out with rims on .

My plan is to paint the body in a dark blue pearl called crystal pearl and it´s a effect paint i found so in sunshine it gets real cool , like a mix of blue and purple . later maybe a a effect paint job with the airbrush .have to see if i can things to work out there like i want to .

i will use many aftermarket parts like rotors frome MAS ,,i used thoose before and it´s real nice stuff in 3 pices . a blower set and many more cool stuff so i can get the right realistic look on this

I case no one has ever told you swede, Studes are my soft spot. I love my Studes and yours is going to be a super build. Keep me posted on progress. I may be able to use some ideas on my Bonneville project.

I have now painted the body in a effect-color called crytsal blue pearl , i have not put on clearcote , i will ask my friend Micael if he can make som nice airbrush stuff on it
