.... I really suspected this ............ as good as the Slixx decals were for the California Charger ........... the decals for the Fighting Irish are 180 degrees reversed ............. they will crack just getting them wet, and trying to get them to slide off the backing sheet is nearly impossible, even after they had been lightly cleared (one coat) ............. so it's off to get more decals ........... will probably clear them at least twice .......... and will seperate every stripe and apply it independently ........... will cause the decal work to take multiple days (versus 4 hours for the Charger) ........ but, as I said, I kinda expected this to happen 
Here's the car with all the body panels glued in place (except for the upper cowl, so I can finish the clutch, throttle linkage, and steering) ............. the engine is pretty much finished with the exception of the throttle linkage ........ as soon as the decals are on, I can continue building the front end and can mount the rear tires and brakes
