Here are the wheels.I didn't strip the chrome,I washed them with Dawn dish soap.Then I sprayed them flat black then brushed dark gray on the outer part of the wheels.( I thought this would give them a dirty look).then I rubbed the paint off the center caps and used stop light red on the centers.  |

looks good what did you use to make the rust on the manifolds look rough

Thanks Guys, On the manifolds I painted them with the rust paint mixed with flat black to get the darker shade.Before it dried I dabbed it with the brush.I repeated it with lighter shades of rust.Testors Flat Brown works well as a light shade of rust.
