I believe you are going with the steelies and dog dishes right? yes i am....the ONLY way to go!!!! lol.....here's a few shots of what the car will look like if you have an imagination.....the Fathom blue (almost black) is what the color will be, with the stinger hood off the tripoli turquoise car.....no stripe...... thats what mine should look like.....i thought long and hard between the colors of these 2 cars....but the fathom blue won out......adam    |

I like the redline tires too. Are you going to put some of those on it? Alex. i thought about doing those too....BUT at $160 each that would get quite expensive.....and those are biased ply tires, they ride rough.....so im just gonna do a BFGoodrich radial T/A blackwall tire and have a set of M/T et drag slicks (someday) |

Raceman,your 69 Nova look's cool but,with the mods your going to do it's going to look even better. Chris thats what im hoping.....actually the pix turned out very nice for my car....you can't tell by those pics, but it DOES need a repainting....but i appreciate all of your comments guys....THANKS |

Beautiful ride .............. I love the older Nova's .......... looks like you're going to have a real "sleeper" when you get through ........... please keep us posted  thats the look im going for, well except for the hood, but how can you argue with a stinger hood?? LOL...i might have a deal in the works to put a BB in it.....but i doubt it'll happen but there still is a chance.....if i do that, it'll have the old eldebrock "trantula" intake and a set of M/T valve covers......for that DAY2 look.... |

Any updated pics yet Adam? this is how it sits right now.....i just paid the loan off this week (thank god) and now im finishing up what i owe on the paintjob....so money for nova parts has been almost non-existant....i have a TON of work i can do, but im not going out in the garage thats not heated in this weather....i can wait till it's warm.....it doesn't look like it'll see the road this year, unless i hit the lotto!! ;D been working on the dragster quite a bit, we have a car show april 20th that we have to take it to and fire it up. after that we'll be in full-test mode...our first race is @ the gasser reunion at thompson drag raceway on May 30-June 1. you should make a trip up here for that show....it's a good one!!!! adam  |
