I glued two pieces of cardboard together than glued poster board to each side.It's about 39" long and 27" wide.I used flat black as a base than sprayed it with spatter paint( used to paint the trunks of classic cars)Than I masked the lines and sprayed white and scratched some of the paint to make them look worn.I added oil stains by mixing satin black and thinner than I dabbed it on with my finger.I made the chain link fence with plastic window screen and aluminum tubing.I glued grass used in model rail roads around the edges.  |
