Spraying small parts individually is an expensive waste of paint. This is a little gadget that I made for myself to minimise that waste. It's just a block of MDF with a grid of 3mm holes drilled into it. Into these holes I insert Kebab sticks, to which are attatched the small parts I want to spray all the same colour. Chamfering the thick end of the sticks makes for easier insertion and ensures a nice firm fit. Lots of small parts have a small hole into which you can insert the pointed end of a stick. If not, it is a simple matter to drill a small hole in the part, which is what I did with the headers in the photo. If this is not possible, the part can be attached to the stick with a tiny bit of 'Blu-Tac'
