Kenworth T-600 "Towasaurus" Wrecker ( new pics )

This is the first of three Towasaurus trucks ( only two built at this time ) It consists of AMT KW T-600 ( hood/cab/frame under both ) Revell KW 900 Australia ( catapiller diesel ) Revell Peterbilt tri-axle wrecker ( sleeper/wrecker body/frame under it ) Clint Freeman float tires & Dave Panak lightbar.
Started by partly building hood/cab/sleeper/wrecker body & laying them end to end to get the lenghte of the frame. Starting with the hood, made each part as a sub-assembly, test fitting everything as I go along. The grill was de-chromed & blended into the hood, then the center was removed & replaced with mesh. The diesel was plumbed & dropped into new mounts. The cab doors cut open & hinged--new seat post were scratch-built--cab/sleeper carpeting--cut sleeper door & hinged--new bedding--new closet w/ hanging clothes. The wrecker body was built as per instructions***no--really it was***scratch-built fire extingisher brackets. The lift axle was "lifted" and float tires put on front & lift--2 hole buds put all-a-round--hand made stickers--custom license plate ( T-TEX-1 ).
