This is the truck that started it all. The Revell Kenworth tri axle with Lowboy trailer & Mack Cruiseliner which was built in '89. I joined O.V.S.M. model club later that year & was told to take it to contests. May of '90 it got 1st & later in Sept it took 1st & best of show. I've hated life since then----LOL. The KW has the following additions--Aero top put on ( kit was flat top ), Italeri crane kit fully plumbed, cab interior junk, somewhat wired engine/frame, the ribbon & small signs were added in the start of Desert Storm ( S.O.C.M. & support signs are photocopy redued from the rear ones ) Paint is pearl grape with white/red tape stripes. The Lowboy trailer has a 5 ft. addition on the front, wood crate & odd & ends, air/electrical lines, loading ramps, all wood decking. The Mack has working rear suspension, lot of dirt/mud, stone-chip front, real fifth wheel grease, some wiring throughout. The figure is suppose to be yours truly along with Rex the wonder mutt. Now this doesn't sound like much done to it as compared to now-a-days, but back in the early 90's, semi's were not as plentyfull at shows as there are today. Total built time has been long forgotten.
