Here is my latest project a AMT Jeep Commando. I'm suppose to have this kit done for The Halloween Bash model car contest as part of a club project. I should have started on it sooner but I was hooked on building a different model. I think this is a decent kit but it's got some problems and I might come back and redo them later on but for now I need to get it done  The paint is going to be Midnight Black Pearl. I'm Going to do some wiring and plumbing. This is going to be a quick build, but it ain't just going to be box stock |

Starting to assemble some of the sub assemblies instead of everything setting together mocked up. Engine is all assembled and ready to be mounted up to the transfer case. The rear suspension and most of the front are now glued together, I've waited on glueing in the front axle as I have a feeling it can be a problem when trying to assemble the engine transfer case and front axle.  |

I was able to get the interior done today. I add the first aid kit and CB then I gave him a newspaper to read  I've almost got the Chassis done and I've started getting things dirty. After all it is a 4x4  |

the chassis is all set on this build and waiting on the body which decided to jump into Purple Lake because I messed up the paint job when I was polishing it out. It'll be a couple days before it's ready to repaint. Chuck J  |

Looking good. I been tempted to grab this kit. Seen it at a few different places just havent ever grabbed one. Can't wait to see this done. Great start.

I've got the body back out of the Purple Lake and redone the body work, primed, and I have a coat of the color on it. I've got a sort time to get it finished now, so wish me luck
Moparmissle this is a good kit if you take a bit of time and put some work into it it can be a great build. I'm thinking of getting another one so I can really do a good job on it this one has been rushed a bit by a deadline for a club project.
