Before he got the ride with Chance2 motorsports and took the Busch Series by storm, Martin Truex, Jr., was a relatively unknown driver trying to make a name for himself. Despite a lack of experience and money, Truex Motorsports attempted the spring race at Dover in 2002. Martin qualified his Chevy 21st and brought it home in 14th position after running a tough 200 mile race at "the Monster Mile." This was the type of run that Martin needed for people (I.E. Dale Jr.) to take notice of him. The kit is a basic Monogram 2000-2002 Monte Carlo kit with some wiring added to the thingypit. The paint is Testor's Gloss White and the decals are a combination of Slixx Contingencies and Goodies with the main graphics supplied by Joanne30 from Ebay. Like the Seawatch Car, although simple, this is one of my favorite builds in my collection and a real piece of history. Dominick

That is nice clean model..
This has to be one the best models I have seen done with Testor's white paint. You certainly have some good skills and patience making that brand of paint to come out looking that good.
