Nice custom. I like the moon disks. Gives it a street rod/salt flats racer look.

Hey, hey Mr. Biggs, I think you found the winner!! I like the wheel/tire combo you just came up with. Your right, those are cool wheels. The first set up just didn't look right to me. I'm thinking there was not enough rubber and it made it look anorexic. You have a great eye for customizing . Keep up the good work!

I stand corrected. This is the best looking setup. The tiny "rubberband" tires made it look too much like a soap box derby car. I still like the aluminum disks but this version truely looks the best.

THANKS Gary... I wasn't really feeling the rubber band thing too. but that's all i had at that moment and had other stuff on my mind , like getting it finished in time. but now when i had time to x-hale it all came to me. it was the same thing i had done to my peterbilt it just did not dawn on me at the time. but with alot of good feed back on the different wheel set ups the it snapped. here is a pic i took today with my Lil studio, the dam lighting has alway been a major problem for me. this is going to be the final look.

I see Greg from Model Cars Mag. took tons of photos of your 32 and 300 rig at the NNL West. Congrats. I smell a couple feature layouts in the near future. ;D
I sent my GrandSport model to Scale Auto for studio photographing at their request over 1 1/2 years ago, got the photographed model back, got paid for the photos, but I'm still waiting to see it in print. I guess there are only so many pages in an issue and their are more deserving articles. I must say, their last issue on painting was one of their best.

Darrel gassaway spent a few hr's here at my house last month and took pics of all my build and we talked for hr's. it should come out in one of these next issue's.
