I attempted to reply to a wanted message...
Every time I tried to type D I C K thingy it gave me thingy.
See it did it again if I spell the name with all characters together

It is a word censor. Wont let bad words be shown on the board. We do have kids on here so thats why its in effect.

I thought that might be the case. At first it drove me nuts trying to figure out how I typed that. Not a problem..........................just curious.

LOL, then how are you supposed to reply to a person by that name. one of my friends name is that name......so then what? LOL

It goes even farther than just replying to a thread. I was trying to post a picture of a race car, and it kept coming up as the dreaded red X......Couldn`t figure it out, and when I was almost ready to give up, I realized that that particular name was in the photo name on my photobucket account........I went back, renamed the photo, and presto! It worked!! Too funny! So the moral is......check the name of your photos and make sure that name isn`t in there or you won`t be able to post them here.
