Hello. This is my first post on this site. Just wanted to share my 1/12th scale Quad Al project with everyone. I hope to have it done by the time the Toledo model show rolls around, in Oct. It all started with a computer model I made. Then I wanted a car to put the engine in, this is what I found Almost all of my parts were machined out on a homemade 3 axis CNC mill. I then molded them up in silicone and cast the resin parts for the model Here is one of my master plates. It is for the drive mechanism that brings the ouput of two Allisons down to one tranny Here are some of my resin parts. Here are some finished parts. Had to chop the top of the Topolino from the "Luv Buggy" kit Now it is starting to come together. Man is this thing BIG

Wow After seeing this and Gary's engine I have to say I'm IMPRESSED! I think I'll look into knitting or paint-by-numbers. I don't think my already frail ego can take much more of this . Very nice work Tim.
