El Camaron Almost done

This my project where I`m working know at this moment.

Started with a AMT Camaro and Camino and a saw

Its almost finished at this moment but here are some pic`s off the build so far.

The start


This is the result after a lot of putty and sanding,











And some pic`s after his first base coat.
When I take a good look at the Camaron I found three minor spots that still needed some putty

This one is taken in the shadow.

I have repainted the Camaron today because there where three small places that needed some putty they are not bigger than a point off a needle but I just saw them

The El Camaron is almost done.

I have paint some stripes on the hood and off course I lifted a little paint when I removing the tape but its repaired now.

Have done some work on the interior very boring and painted the wheels.

Now I have a few Small things to do and painted more clear on the body.

Looking good. Are those the kit wheels and tires?

Yes that are the kit wheels, they are normally chrome but I repainted them with Aclad polished aluminum over a base of Tamiya semi gloss black.
