Here's what I'm workin on while I have the Daytona on the side.
This car is going to be a replica of my 1/1 82 Mustang Which is sitting in the backyard right now waiting on a motor
Started with a Monogram Cafe Racer which I scored in a trade from a member of another group who found a stash of old builds
It was actually a well built model only really needing paint.... Guess that don't describe it any more lol.
Didn't take long for me to tear it down to the basics and lay the first coats of primer on the body just to see the look
So far the car has lost its sunroof
used the Revell 93 Cobra donor car for the roof panel as well as the rear half of the interior and front seats to match my 1/1
It lost the stock cafe racer grille panel in favor of the Pace Car/Cobra/GT grille. The Turbo 4 cylinder is but a memory now and the base of the new v8 is sitting in the bay
And the box stock rims wrapped in Michelin TRX tires are gone and in their place sit a set of 87 Turbo Coupe wheels To match wheels that I have for the real one
Hopefully I'll be updating this build fairly quick cause I actually have everything I need to get her done
