I Finally Got Some Paint On Eleanor After All That Body Work That Has Been Done. The Paint Is Krylon "Farm & Implement" Equipment Yellow Is About The Closest Color I Could Get To Match Eleanor's Paint.

Most people don't like the 73 body style, but it's one of MY favorite Mustangs. The engine bay looks great! I guess Krylon has to call that paint "Farm and Implement" because of some licensing thing with John Deere...lol! Keep up the great work, I'm enjoying this.

Eleanor is back in primer due to a fly landing on the fresh paint i tried to salvage the paint job by sanding the part where the fly landed but that didnt work so i stripped the paint off all the way to the bare plastic i ougha have it back in paint most probably this week. I finally got the dogdish wheels from Kris Morgan i did a little modication to the wheels to make them deeper i used the chrome lips from a set of Centerline wheels that came from a Monogram 70 Chevelle kit.

That sucks that a fly landed in your paint. In the summer around here gnats get really bad and I've had some land in my paint before too. Nice job on this Mustang. She's coming along nicely. I like what you've done with the wheels.

I got the new hood on Eleanor but i had a few issues that had to be worked out. I had to modify the cowl area and sand the doghouse a little for the hood to fit. The hood came from Motor City Resin great quality. I just got finished with the dash it wasnt easy to modify this dash i used the face of the dash from a AMT 73 Cougar which is about close to the stock piece.
