I picked these decals up from ebay, but then did not like the car they went on at all. Thought about what Wyatt or Virgil Earp would drive if they were around today. First I wanted a 4 door cab 4x4 but was having trouble finding one in scale. Ran across this truck and thought it would be cool.
Sort of like a confiscated vehicle claimed by the Marshall. Repainted it, and by far not my best, and added the decals yesterday. Had to reconfigure them some. The real car had "TOMBSTONE" at the top of the door, the star, then "MARSHAL" at the bottom. No room on this one for that. Really liking the way it has turned out. Also added the push bar, painted the fog lights blue, added a shotgun inside, along with a video camera mounted next to the rearview mirror. The worst of the paint is on top. One blemish is hidden under the lightbar, and the other was a run on the back of the roof. I plan on adding some more atennas, including a GPS puck, so hopefully that will be hidden somewhat.
