So, I'm sitting @ my Modelling Desk, test fitting wheels & tires into new / old projects, and stumble across this combo: Wheels are from my parts box, but more than likely from something like the Movin' on Semi. Tires are newer offerings from Aoshima (these came from the TE37 set). Motivated by a fellow BSAC member's Ramp Truck Build, I decide that i would like to attempt the same, except with a bunch more 'custom'.... In my Opinion, this wheel / tire combo looked best under the silverado cab. ( I tested an early 60's Chevy, A 72 GMC & the 1978 Dodge cabs, And even the Ford F-150 Harley Edition Cab) Of course, it would need to sit "in the weeds"... So, then it was off to find some ramps. Lucky for me, my Galaxie Trailer came with an Optional set of Ramps , that would work just perfectly. I realized quickly that I wasn't digging the ramp truck Idea. it was getting late, so i stuffed the Silverado instructions in my laptop case & took it to work w/ me the next day. over my lunch break, I came up with ......
