Hey all. Not sure if I started a thread on my current build. So here's a little progress on The Dodge. There are more in The Dodge album (signature)

Very impressive! I gotta ask, are the shocks your own creation? And what colors are you going to use?

Willie, you're so right. It's WAY about time. It's gettin' there, though. Willysurvive, the tires are SoReal's 49" Super Swamper Iroks. I widen my tires with PVC inserts, though. And thank you guys for the compliments. P.S. I seem to be lacking some Karma, hmmmmmmm.

Your fine Larry. That Dodge is one mean beast. Let me check my parts box. I might have a taillight.

Hey Bobby. I'm dealin' with some cab issues, hood issues (to scoop or not to scoop)...and so-on. Plus, other builds I got goin'...you know, you get an idea for another build and it takes you away for weeks. But it IS movin' along.

8-)Hey all. Been a while, but I've re-done the 2 1/2 ton Rockwell that I scratched a while ago. I added more detail and it's more accurate than the original. It's not perfect...not exact...but it looks good to me. An excellent resin caster thought it good enough for him to cast as a kit. Here are some pics..................... Plus, The Dodge is almost done.

Hey all. For anyone interested, I've got finished pics of the 2 1/2 ton Rockwell scratched by me and expertly cast in resin by Sebastien at Scale Auto Style. Non-steering rear hub assembly.................... Center housing top & bottom.................. Housing & toploader...housing has been reworked to better match the axle tubes.............

Pics of the completed axle in resin and all parts glued together and painted by Sebastien. This, I believe, is the final product. Steering axle........... Non-steer axle......... These are not pics of a 1:1 Rockwell (which I thought at first). Sebastien did an awesome job casting these pieces-many make up each axle. Thanks for lookin'. If you're interested, go to www.scale-auto-style.com/drivetrain.php
