this is another of my hair brained ideas.
this idea came from a hotrod site i frequent. they are a little narrow minded when it comes to thinking outside the box but, there are some things i like about it nonetheless. what happened was, someone tried to take a vw and make it into a '32 ford coupe. whether time, money or talent, it never got very far and was for sale. everybody ridiculed it to death, as is their way on this site. i could see the possibilities. just look at my other vw projects to see what i mean. i liked the idea of a '34 better so that is what i tried to do. i used a '53 ford truck roof but it came out to look like a Plymouth in the roof and i used '34 ford fenders and boards. just to put all these vw model cars in contexts, my nephew is giving me 3 vw bodies and i got some ideas. hahaha.
