Not sure if this is where this goes but if not, Bobby please move it. Anyways, wrapped this one up today, was trying to get something built that I could enter in some other classes at the shows. The way this thing went together though, curbside would be the only thing it may even stand a chance in. Absolutely horrible final assembly, I put the thing back in the box once and nearly through it against the wall a couple of other times. If you have this kit send it to someone you don't like. Overall I am happy I finished it just I had hoped for better, now mind you I don't build street cars often so maybe it was me on the final Assembly but dang I was about to pull my hair out.

Black Gold Raspberry Pearl paint, with Omni clear. Otherwise a box stocker, I did give the rims a coat of dull coat to knock down the bling effect.

I heard this kit had a bit of a final fit problem. How well did the side glass go in? Your build makes me want to get mine going. Very Nice Build! ;D

Thanks guys, side glass not a big issue. Slides in from the inside and then glues down. As far as glass goes the headlights where the only thing I was not real pleased with.

The problem I had was getting the chassis and the body together. Seemed the door panels where hitting the body, squeezed them up in there and epoxied it. May be a good idea to test fit and trim the door panels down a bit and/or whatever else you see is hitting.

It's a nice build Tom. Glad you didn't chuck it against the wall. I like that color.

how detailed is the engine? I have been thinking of getting one for a doner kit.
