I have packed up my glues and #11 blades and cleaned off the desk for awhile......... I am venturing into the 1:1 world of restorations, and first up is my 1:1 1986 K-5 chevy blazer........Just so i can get it back on the road after being parked for 3 years and due to the state of PA emission laws.....found a loop hole and running for it!......
I shall return soon i hope!

I'm with Gary....don't leave completely...lurk and post pics of the 1:1. I'm sure the other boards you are on feel the same way. And hey, good luck on the 1:1!

Mike if you need a break from PA emissions laws move to Greene County. Farthest southwestern corner of the state. We have no emissions. Converter and that's it. Gotta say i'm a little bummed I won't see any restorations for a while but let me say as Gary and John have, that I'd really like to check out progress pics of the 1:1 Blazer. Keep us posted bud.

If you really want to get a break on the Pa emissions then bring the Blazer to Florida. There is not any type of inspections on cars what so ever down here. Probably more junk on the road than any other state in the country.
good luck and i hope we can see some updates

I stop building kits for a while. Non stop building one the weekends. After work get to the garage and fab away. Sleep about 4-5 hours a day if you are lucky. ;D ;D ;D
