Here's the "oldest" post in the racing section. I comment both as praise for the years OLD COYOTE has given to the forums and the hobby, and as good information and inspiration to newer members. Thanx to all who have brought their skills and added their efforts to maintain the craft!

Those 16th scale funnys are always a blast eh?! Nice job buddy-That's an 8.9 on the kudo's scale of model car building! Kinda makes me wanna break out my one (and only) big scale F/C~**~

Those big scale kits from the past are great, but with that SIZE and modern aftermarket things, there's temptation to really "make it real." Scale size braided fuel lines, connectors and all manner of P.E. (photo etched) parts can make a good, large scale model into a fantastic build. I'm surprised so little of the old big scale Aurora "racing scenes" (motors, tools, figures, etc)has been used as masters for molding resin-cast replicas. Ah well, maybe some day they'll be more available for reasonable prices.
