Scaleproduction of Germany now offers a resin transkit of the type I crew cab: You need the pick up as a donor kit. I got mine yesterday and I must say that the casting is incredible! As you can see on the pic, it is flawless and there are no bubbles or anything in the body. For more infos contact Mike Graeber at www.scaleproduction.de! (if you scroll down, on the right you can switch to the english version of the page.)

As a resin caster myself, I just wanna comment on how nice that transkit looks. looks like a very smooth casting and, the clean up work looks to be topnotch as well. My have to grab one of them.

It is one of the best castings that I´ve ever seen. Very thin, like a plastic body. No bubbles or other errors, just perfect.

Sooo much one could do with that! Stock, beater, street machine, custom, drag, wheelie machine, etc. It looks really clean and makes the unusual real one a reality for our shelves. Oooh, how 'bout as a commercial work truck, hippie vehicle, stage truck for performers, art machine. Oh, I could go on . . .
