this is a little chevy maintenace of way truck i built a few years back. i extended the bumpers and scratch built the hy-rail equipment. the wheels came off of some h.o. spine cars i have. one of the wheels wasn't fully molded, so i replaced them with metal ones and finaly found some thing i could use the old ones for. ;D
