here's a couple of vehicles i'm trying to fix up. i'm wanting to fix it up like this one. don't know if i'll put the snorkle on it though. and this one i call "frankenstien" . because when i'm done with it , not only will there be after market parts on it, there will be parts from about four different trucks in on it. plus i just got some bucket seats out of an 04 mustang. with any luck i'll still be able to hook the power back up to the drivers seat i made the shifter knob for it. i'm hoping to get the 8-track player working again, just to be different i guess.

I like your Ford pick-up alot !!! is it an F-250 or F-350 ? It's set up the right way with the 4speed-Are your hubs automatic or lock outs ? Either way, that's a nice truck you've got there ! I'm a fan of the '73 to '79 Ford trucks -SOON TO BE CLASSICS !!! Cecil

thanks guys. the front hubs are the lock in/out hubs with the closed ball type front axle. got drum brakes on all four corners, haven't checked yet but i'm hoping i can put disc brakes on the front and still keep the closed knuckles on it. it's got a divorced transfer case on it and it sets about midway of the frame so lifting it up a bit shouldn't be to much of a problem. my dad ask me why i like to fool with these old trucks, and i told him they're like me. they're simple. ;D ;D and the new trucks about all you can do is open the hood and go" well there's your problem" on the older ones if they have points and a carburator i can make them run. and if you guys like that one i have one of these to. all i did to get it was to move a small building about a mile up the road for a gentleman. been bangin' around on it a little, got a new exhaust in under it. not to much room in the barn/garage but it's not the first truck to be built in it

Cool toys. I would like to find a Jeep to do that to myself.
