Hey Cecil, thanks for the pics. A quick note. My wife and I were on our way back to WV from ND and wanted to stop in and see another car museum in the same town as this one. We were on a very tight schedule. We accidentally found the Auburn-Cord-Duesenberg museum and actually went inside to get directions to the other museum. Now I wish we had more time to see this one.
The other museum had a lot of show cars, movie cars, race cars, etc. The other side of the same building was a WW II museum. In the same complex was a huge Vette shop. Did you go there too?

Thanks for the pics. Can we say road trip for NCWVSM??? That sounds like a great idea Mad Modeller !! That's what we did...a couple of us "turds" from Scale Auto met up there, Next trip planned is going to be to the Henry Ford/Greenfield Village in Dearborn, MI If any one does plan a trip to Auburn, Indiana--try to spend 2 days there as there is way toooo many things to see in one day, I would have rather we went to the new Ford Flat Head Museum instead of the WW II Museum but I went along with the rest of the group.

cecil, when ya go to greenfield village, be sure to see the railroad display inside the museum. they have, if i remember correctly, a Chesapeake and Ohio mallet steam locomotive. the gal is gorgeous for an old work horse. also since your doin the museum runs, and in michigan soon, come to cleveland, ohio for the crawford museum, we have alot of nice cars and motorcycles there. like the hupmobiles and the cleveland made right here in well...cleveland. haha. also if you go to macedonia in summit county where i live a town over from, they have the garage building where they volunteers work on the cars/semi's/trucks/motorcycles/ and what not from the crawford. every now and then they have tours, it's open to the public. and i i remember correctly they have a 1920 something 8 seater White school bus they've been restorin for about 7 years now.

Thanks for the tip on the Crawford Museum Hotrod, If I ever go to Cleveland Ohio I would like to go to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. We've went to Cedar Point a few years ago.....I think we could smell Cleveland from there ! Cecil
