Hi Every one, Wanted to share this idea with you. A couple of weeks ago my wife bought me this bathroom fan from Lowes for $30.00 A Styralite tote from Wal-Mart-$5.00, and 3 furnace fillters at $2.50 each. A few hours later... We don't have a basement so I have to do it in the utility room for now. It was 20* last night and I did a paint job ! Still need to get a 3inch vent tube to pipe it out the window-but for now it works great, No smell in the house exept for the paint that's still wet on the filters but NO over spray any where. Under $50.00 too ! Cecil

I did that same thing with a vent tube. The problem I had was that when I stuck It out the window. I put it up against the screen & shut the window on the exhaust pipe to hold it in place, then removed it for storage. I now have a nice three inch orange paint circle on my window screen. ;D

one word of warning guys. u need to use a 'Shaded Pole Blower Motor'. reason being that with the paint mist and fumes, the motor needs to be shielded from them. if u will notice on the bathroom fan, the motor is not shielded. the motor makes sparks when running. don't want to see anyone have an explosion and get hurt. be careful fellas.
