This one was a first for me a trip to the early years of Nascar. I have to say I enjoyed the ride. Got the kit thinking I would do a Petty car since I have nothing Petty in my collection, but after a little research found that Paul Goldsmith was born in Parkersburg, WV. Which is about 40 miles north of me, so I then had to build the car as a Goldsmith car. Had plans to do a semi detailed build with it but after I messed the paint up pretty good it turned into a stocker. With a lot of sanding and polishing I was able to save the paint, at least good enough for a shelfer. Anyhow, thanks for looking.

You gotta love the days when the NASCARs looked like their street counterparts. How about that "chrome horn"!! Nice job as always Sarge. You do racecars proud!
