Awhile back I had a guy ask me to build a model of his beautiful 1961 Ford Starliner, which in my opinion is one of the prettiest Fords ever made. I jumped at the chance! This is the original AMT customizing kit, so all the kit collectors go ahead and moan..lol. Pretty close to being OOB. The fender skirts are from a '59 Impala. The chrome was faded, so I got replacement bumpers from The Modelhaus. The bumper guards were made from custom bumperettes from a '63 Ford kit. The photoetch scripts are from Missing Link. Paint is Tamiya black. First, the real car....... And now the model...... Had a lot of fun with this one....its not often I get to build a rare, 50 year old kit! Lol.

That's one of the best builds I have ever seen of one of my all-time favorite Fords.
