This is for skippyf15. He wanted to see pics of the 8 hitch team. If memory serves me this model was close to 3 feet long. This was bought at a yard sale for $1.00 by a friend from work. He asked me to build it for him. I thought how hard could it be to put 8-2 piece horses together? It was a lot harder than you would think . Lots of filling and sanding. Lots of detail painting on the horses. 32 legs and hoofs. The paint on their manes. Spent a good bit of time trying to get the color and sheen of the horses right. Not sure I succeeded. All of the gold on the collars had to be painted too. All in all it was kinda fun due to it being different. Pardon the pics. They are scans of the good old fashioned paper pictures, (remember those?). Here is what he handed me Here is what I ended up with. For skippyf15 - I would say, if you don't need the money go ahead and build the kit.

I think that looks awesome! As a matter of fact.....I wouldn't mind having one myself! You did a great job on that. Are all those boxes seperate or a decal or what? The horses look VERY good.

I dug out the instructions and the entire "cargo" is one piece. The decals were long pieces that went on the vertical and horizontal surfaces.

Skippyf15 was my old user account. I thought it was hacked. So I opened a new account. It looks great. But I'm not really interested in building it.
