My take on the Polar Lights Ford GT kit. Started as a prepaint, stripped with 91% rubbing alcohol. Painted Tamiya TS-51 Racing Blue, masked and painted the center stripes with TS-26 Pure White, and topped with TS-13 clear. Added aluminum exhaust pipes, and fitted brakes to the axle ends. I used the wheels from a Tamiya Skyline race car with Pegasus 19" low profile tires up front, the rear wheels were narrowed, turned down, and fit in a pair of Pegasus 23" stepped sleeves with Pegasus "Pilot" tires.
