This is an older build of an oilfield truck that I recently took down off the shelf, disassembled and cleaned. I added a little more detail. I added the second steering axle, lengthened the frame, raised the suspension and added the front fender-walkway. They actually steer thru the steering wheel. I don't do that because the linkage is so fragile. I just turn the front wheels. I cut the hood open so you could see the engine. The drive shaft is not bent. There is a carrier bearing behind the fuel tank. The rear deck and guards are all scratch built. The winch was made from some old fire engine parts. These IH 5000s are some of my favorite truck models. I hope you enjoy.
