I have not had the chance to meet Ed in person yet but, have talked with him a few times on the phone. We have also shared a few emails. He is one of the nicest guys in the casting biz. IMO Ed's level of customer service is as good as mine (which I pride myself on). Service like that is really a positive thing for the whole aftermarket community. The more of us that offer that type of service, the more folks feel at ease in ordering.
