I stopped by a local discount outlet store and was very surprised to see that they had a big selection of Lindberg kits - vehicles, planes and boats. The coolest kit there was a 1:125 scale Destroyer. A few kits made their way home with me... I may have to go back and have a look again. Rob

My store didn't have any of the F150 kits or I would have grabbed a few as well.

Picked up these kits recently and they finally arrived in the mail today. Both are still factory sealed. Rob

I will let the pictures speak for themself I just stopped at the thrift store and found this poor thing and had to bring it home, even if it can give up some parts then it can live on and the decals are cut out and glued on so I can save them. The body is some what clean Well, i guess this is one way to get a highback bench seat Looks like a tail light How high can you stack your heads I think it's the other door panel

Interesting. Let's just hope that whoever built this at least had fun doing it, and wants to continue in the hobby. I mean, it may have been some young kid that didn't know any better and didn't have anyone around to show them how. Ya never know! And looks to me like they swapped sides on the decals. Anyway, great save! I found a '57 Chevy in a GoodWill last summer for a buck. Not in the best of shape, but was all there. No detail molded in for the spear inserts on the sides, just decals. I figure it will be a great starting point for a Saturday night racer.

I agree with fireguy, I bet a kid built that. I know when I first started I just grabbed whatever and started gluing!
