I sanded the trim off on the drivers door then drilled the holes.I don't have a drill bit small enough so I cut the head off a tiny pin and wrapped tape around it so it would fit in my rotary drill.I used tape as a strait edge and drilled the holes,it worked great.I also added a dent to the drivers door,I ground down some of the plastic on the inside of the door to make it easier to dent it.Still a long way to go...

Thanks Buck.I added rust holes and sprayed it flat red then brushed the Iron Metallic Surfacer on.Now I need to apply rubber cement where I wan't the paint to lift.Still thinking of a color.

Thanks Buck,I'm not real happy with the way it is rusting.Some areas are not rusting so I'm going to reapply the rusting products and see what happens.Here is what I have so far.

Thanks Guys,Some spots just don't want to rust.I reapplied some of the Rust Antiquing Solution and it looks better.
