I have an !$$%*%# neighbor that has took it too far this time. At what point do you think he will stop? I have put up video cameras to stop him from destroying things, so his solution?!? Get on the far side of his property and shoot 44 cal. bullets at my building and garage!!! One had went in and I am still looking for it, if I had been in there the path it took would have killed me. The police said if I find it they will add it to the one they did find still lodged in the roof, the third grazed off and who knows where it is. The officer said he will turn it over to the detectives to decide if they want to investigate further. And this is supposed to be a Christian doing this?  |

It sounds like they have a pretty good case already. the last time I checked, it wasn't quite legal to shoot someones house. "Decide" if they want to investigate? What is there to decide? ... And this is supposed to be a Christian doing this? I can assure you, if he's shooting at your house, he is not. |

Dang Brian!!! I remember you talking about this jerk several years ago. WOW! He is still at it?!?!?! I know what my initial gut reaction is. But my suggestion would make you no better than him.
Tommy is right on both counts. I suppose it is your word against his, Innocent until proven guilty, etc., but you shouldn't have to live like this. I hope everything works out for you.
I can't remember, but is this guy alright mentally?

roadhawg and mike, eventually he will get what he deserves, be it now or when he come before the pearly gates that he believes in so much. I think there is a special place reserved for him with a fiery background!! :-)
John, this guy has not stopped for the whole time I have lived here, and long before that. He flat out admitted to cutting our fence last year, but you can't get him because now its hearsay and he would deny it anyway. We don't even have it fixed yet and he did this. Yes, to retaliate is what he wants, and that would make me no better than him. The neighbor is no longer my friend because he would rather be friends with this guy and put up with him so he does not get the same as his father-in-law did. Mentally, how do you classify a guy that does everything to you when you are not looking, under the cover of night, and behind your back? Well, CHICKEN comes to mind. When the cops came that day to dig the bullet out of the roof, he tore out of his garage to get rid of the gun before they got here, I think the neighbor called him and told him they were on the way. If he does have that big of problem with my dad or me or whatever, then COME to ME about it and we will settle it on my property.

I sure am sorry to hear about this, we have the same type of Mammy Slammer for a "neighbor" so I really understand where your coming from. I've had to install cameras with infer-red lights and a few other James Bond stuff. If I could offer alittle help- I went to Wal-Mart and got a set of baby monitors for sound for around $30.00 a set and they work great !! Got a couple of motion detectors from Harbor Freight for under $20.00 each.
But un-like your "neighbor"- mine is an out and out Satanist-and proud of it !!
I was talking to a trusted friend about my problem and said to him--"He's making a punk out of me !!" and my good friend said "If you sneak around in the dark and look for revenge-then he's made you into the same kind of punk he is."
I know it's not easy-but please remember this-

Here is an update: the detective talked to him and he told the detective that he could not fire a gun because of his surgery, but he can sneak around at night and work in the garden, and cut his grass, steer his riding tractor and turn around while blowing all his grass on our property, and I mean he was an inch from the property line blowing it full throttle. I guess when you get away with what he did you feel like you can get away with anything. That goes for the fact that we have a water leak from an old water line that went to the trailer that an old lady lived in when I was a little kid, and he was digging up and disconnecting the line after the water company came down to take a look at it. Apparently he has been getting free water for a LONG time, and now that the line has ruptured, he is scared like the CHICKEN S#!T that he is. And the best part? I have him on video doing both the grass AND bent over digging in the water meeter hole when he is supposed to not even be able to fire a gun?!?! I wonder if the Social Security Disability Office would like to see this???

turn him in to social security for sure. they got a guy up street from for going fishing and mowing his yard. made him repay a bunch of money and cut his checks off.

I think you should roll him over to SS. That is taxpayer dollars he is stealing. I know people that could use that money way more.
