Here are a few more progress pics of the modified chassis. I put some paint on it but it still needs touch ups here and there. Alex.

Thanks for the compliments guys. I do plan on mastering the Optima styled batteries soon. The scale on this one is a little off though.

I decided to do some work on the motor. I fashioned a fuel distribution block (I hope that's what it's called) out of styrene and then painted it. I made the a & n fittings out of aluminum rod. More progress soon I hope. Alex.

I made the radiator hose using braided metal hose. The fitting is aluminum tube. The The thermostate housing is from the parts box. I painted it silver. Alex.

Hi all. Sorry for not doing many updates on this one but I've been very busy. I have added pictures of the engine with the scratch made fuel block and radiator hose. Still have a lot of details to add like the dip sticks for tranny and oil among other things. Hope you like. Comments welcome. Merry Christmas, Alex.

These are some of the components for the shocks and below is the rear end and the modified disc brakes. The rear end has LSM fuel and brake lines installed. I also added flexible line to the calipers. Alex.

I made the coils out of LSM wire then put all of the components together. The mounts and coilovers are completely functional. Alex.

I finally got a little more progress on this build. I painted the interior. It's basically stock as the doors don't open on this one unlike most of my builds. I'll get some pics up hopefully tonight or tomorrow evening.
Alex.

very nice build. going for the pro touring look? Not really. I painted this body 6-7years ago, maybe more. I was painting the body to sell but I wasn't satisfied with it. I recently decided to complete it as a platform to display my LSM '69 Chevelle Outlaw Resin hood. I guess the pro touring look evolved over time. I painted the interior with flat black and detailed it with a silver Sharpie. I'll do the seatbelts w/LSM seatbelt material. Not going to do an awful lot of detail as the doors don't open like some of my previous builds. Alex. Alex.
