I found that I listen to more "mellow" music than hard rock. Just the opposite of when I exercise. I guess that is why gyms don't play a lot of "Air Supply"....lol.

Depending on the day, I'll throw the iPod on shuffle or select a Pandora station and let it do its thing. Mostly thrash metal, but a variety of top 40, pop, old country, hip-hop, 50's and 60's, and more will adorn my man cave while building.

I like to listen to guitar music. I like different types from Billy Gibbons to Francis Goya. Jack Jezzro and Larry Carlton are two of my favorites.
