Hello. In case you are new here and dont know who I am let me introduce myself. Im Bobby Boggs aka "The Mad Modeller". I keep this forum up and running. I dont usually have to make posts like this but I need to address a few things.

First, If you join please read the rules and make an introduction post. This just lets all of us know who you are. I just went thru and deleted several members that have been here for more than two years and no posts.

Second, Please try and take part in Model of the Month. There is something for everyone. If your not entering please take time to vote.

Third, If anyone here personally knows the member whose name on here is Intimidator please let him know that he has to email me before he tries to join again. He has been a member twice now and deleted his posts and account.

Sorry to have taken up your time but I felt these things needed attention. Thanks to those who make this a great forum. Keep up the great builds and go build something.

come on guys and lets get to posting and participating. it takes a lot to keep a forum running, active and successful, i know......i run my own forum also. if you're not building anything at this time, at least support the members who are.

get those builds in for the project of the month, you never know who will win each month. if bobby only has two or three builds entered then it's not really worth the time to even have a pom.

you are doing a great job with the forum bobby, sometimes you just need to "rally' the troops. ;D ;D

I feel I need to weigh in on this. First of all, thanx Bobby for all the work you've put into this. I am a member of a few other sites, but since I stumbled onto your site a while back, this has become my favorite by far. A great group of folks here, and very talented builders. And no stress...except for the 24 hour build...lol! This is my lunch time so I have to make it quick. I stop in daily, sometimes I'm not always logged in to comment. Helping raise my step girls kind of takes up some time, but I am here. Thanx again for the great site!

My suggestions to the sites who suffer from Summer dormancy are, put up pics of friends' models, local model contests and club gatherings. Even 1:1 real car pix from shows or anything unusual. Do you have any early ...embarrassing models never seen on the Web? Show it all here and at the many other online clubs. Just because it's Summer is no reason to let clubs go quiet. Thanx, and here's to future fantastic plastic!
