Last year the International Association of Women Police had their internation conference in Lexington, KY. I created this one of a kind to donate to their silent auction. The car is a Welly 1/27 CV. I made the antennaes, added the exhaust tips, did the detail painting, and painted the light bar. And I made all the decals on it. Did pretty good in the auction for them too, I was happy to hear.
