I know many of you are in the grips of a nasty heat wave across the country with temps in the triple digits. We have it here also in N. Dak but not like some of you guys. So just thought I'd remind everyone to take it easy out there, and stay hydrated. Drink lots of water, and take a break when you need it. Heat stress is no fun. I know from experience.
